REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept refunds. Refunds will only be processed if the original purchase cannot be fulfilled. Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are only valid for store credit equivalent to original order amount. Store credit is valid for 1 year after the purchase date. All sales are final.
To return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to an address provided by Info@syncdenim.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shiped without signature confirmation.
